1. What is the attention hour?

We will assist you 24 hours a day at +34 913 60 83 75 and +34 657 93 98 99, as well as at info@apartamentosblume.com. Our office hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

2. What is the check-in time?

Check-in time is at 3:00 p.m.

Early check-in is upon request. For left luggage service, be sure to contact info@apartamentosblume.com.

3. What is the check-out time?

Check-out time is at 12:00 p.m.

Late check-out is upon request with an additional cost that we will inform you at info@apartamentosblume.com.

4. How do I check-in?

Check-in is very easy. 24 hours before your arrival, you will receive a unique access code to the building and your apartment. The staff at Apartamentos Blume Conde Aranda will contact you to sign the rental agreement and answer any questions you may have.

5. Where can I leave my luggage if I arrive before check-in time?

If you are going to arrive before the check-in time, please let us know in advance to arrange for luggage reception (upon request).

6. Are cribs available?

Upon request we will put at your disposal a crib with a double mattress and a baby bathtub.

7. Are pets allowed?

We are sorry, but pets are not allowed at Apartamentos Blume Conde Aranda.

8. Is smoking allowed on the premises?

Smoking is totally prohibited in Apartamentos Blume Conde Aranda.

9. Can I choose the apartment where I am going to stay?

All our apartments are exterior and have the same facilities and equipment. If you have a preference, we will take it into account, but we cannot guarantee the assigned apartment until your arrival.

10. When do the apartments get cleaned?

Every week, our cleaning team will completely clean your apartment, except for the kitchen, and change the sheets and towels.

11. Does the establishment have parking?

Apartamentos Blume Conde Aranda does not have parking.

The Salamanca neighborhood is a limited parking area, which means that from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. you can only park for a maximum of 2 hours. The closest car parks with a pedestrian exit a few meters away are Serrano Park III with entrance at 73 Alcalá Street and Interparking Velázquez, with entrance at 14 Velázquez. Both car parks have monthly vouchers.

12. Are there supermarkets, restaurants and shops nearby?

Conde Aranda Street, where the Blume Conde Aranda Apartments are located, is situated in a bustling commercial area with restaurants, shops of all kinds, and supermarkets. You will find all this information, in much more detail, in your apartment's Welcome Guide.

13. How will I know how the different facilities in the apartment work?

Before your arrival we will send you a link where you can download the Welcome Manual with all the details on the operation of the equipment in your apartment. 14. How can I get there from Terminal 4 of Madrid-Barajas Adolfo Suárez Airport?

The cheapest way to get there from Terminal 4 at Madrid-Barajas Adolfo Suárez Airport is by taking the C10 commuter train line to the Recoletos stop. From there, it's just a 5-minute walk.

You can also take a taxi with a fixed fare of €30.

And if you prefer, we can arrange a private transport service that will pick you up personally and drop you off at the building entrance (upon request).


15. How can I get there from Terminal 1,2,3 of Madrid-Barajas Adolfo Suárez Airport?

The cheapest way to get there from Terminals 1, 2, and 3 of Madrid-Barajas Adolfo Suárez Airport is to take metro line 9 to Nuevos Ministerios and then, at the station itself, change to the Cercanías commuter rail line and take line C1 to the Recoletos stop. From there, it's just a 5-minute walk.

You can also take a taxi with a fixed fare of €30.

And if you prefer, we can arrange a private transport service that will pick you up personally and drop you off at the building entrance (upon request).


16. How can I get there from the Atocha Train Station?

The cheapest way to get there from Atocha train station is to take the C7 commuter train line to the Recoletos stop. From there, it's just a 5-minute walk.

You can also take a taxi with an additional charge of €7.50 on top of the metered fare.

And if you prefer, we can arrange a private transport service that will pick you up personally and drop you off at the building entrance (upon request).

17. How can I get around Madrid?

Madrid is a particularly well-connected and safe city.

From Apartamentos Blume Conde Aranda, you're just minutes from the Retiro Metro Station and numerous bus lines that cover the entire capital. The Recoletos commuter rail station is also nearby, providing easy access to any point in the Community of Madrid.

For a more eco-friendly way to get around, you'll find a bike rental station on the corner of Serrano Street. You'll usually have no problem renting cars, motorcycles, or electric scooters by the minute through apps like Share Now, Zity, Uber, or emov.
